R&I Properties, was established in 2004, and sold in 2018 to Richelle Nelson. Richelle has been working in real estate since 2001, with a background in both commercial, and residential; sales, leasing, and propety management. She is also a licensed real estate agent. R&I Properties specializes in residentail real estate, with it's main focus on property management, and investments.
